NPCs

Notable NPCs you've met or heard about so far:

• Ana - A commoner and seamstress who works for the Maziere family. Sister to Bernard. Says she knew Cozette when the Lavalles lived in the city.
• Arcos, Wendolyn - Investigator hired to find the child, Poletta. She hires the PCs to investigate the off-limits Chateau Durant.
• Bernard - A commoner and laborer, bears a grudge against Rafael for "unwanted advances" on his sister, Ana. Almost killed Rafael, but was stopped by the PCs.
• Darcel, Captain - Ranking officer of the Casque Safran. Has a prospective paying job for the PCs, if they solve the mystery of the cemetery.
• Emrich - A Falkovnian soldier, possibly a deserter, who was found digging holes in a park in Pont-a-Museau, searching for buried treasure. 
• Garan - A mercenary from the Silent Fields, and his four men, who was hired for the Château Delanuit job.
• Maziere, Lady - Matron of the Maziere family.
• Poletta - A mysterious blond-haired girl of 11 who Nathanos may have spotted. Wendolyn is looking for her.
• Rafael - A city watchman, a member of the Casque Safran (the city's largest watch company). Has an unknown relationship with Ana.
• Renier, Jacqueline - The Grande Dame, the unofficial but de facto ruler of Richemulot. Lives in Château Delanuit, the ancestral manor of the Reniers, where she is the matriarch.
• Renier, Louise - Twin sister of Jacqueline, presumed planner of the assassination attempt made on Lyssa Von Zarovich.
• Renier, Percival - 
• The Versant Three - Huette, Kayri, and Dax, specialists from Mortigny hired for the Château Delanuit job.
• Von Zarovich, Lyssa - Noblewoman from Barovia, distant relative to Count Strahd XI. Guest of honor at a Renier gala in Pont-a-Museau. Also a vampire, though it's unclear how many know this.
